#15 On Library 2.0 and Web 2.0

Well -- we're living it, working it, breathing it. I thoroughly enjoyed the articles, since I thought they explained Library 2.0 very well. As We want to connect customers with information in the format that serves them best. Since we have moved into the digital age, there is a need for more information in digital format; and in addition, lots of customers simply need access to computers so that they can bridge the Digital Divide. Sometimes Library 2.0 -- "being human..social and emotionally engaging" can come down to helping customers with computer questions while simultaneously restarting the Pharos station and the printer and answering reference questions.
